I use Fedex Ground for all shipments to the 48 states, Speedee Delivery for more local shipments. Your furniture will be brought to your door, you DO NOT have to go to curbside to unload it from the truck!

The day I ship I will send you an email ship confirmation with your tracking info. I do not require a signature for delivery.

I use very precise packing, shipping damage is very rare. However, if you do have damage, all you have to do is call or email ME. I will take care of the claim, return delivery and replacement. If just a part was damaged and it can be easily replaced, I will send you that part. All at no extra cost to you.

Most of my items are shipped completely assembled, some are shipped Ready to Assemble. Look at product description or you can call or email me to confirm.
